1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
The SEWOO (hereinafter as "company") processes personal information for the following purposes.
The personal information being processed will not be used for any purposes other than the followings,
and the company will take necessary measures such as obtaining additional consents.
1) For the purpose of providing goods or services
The company processes personal information for purposes such as product delivery, service provision, sending contracts/invoices, providing content, and offering customized services.
2) For the purpose of handling complaints
The company processes personal information for purposes such as verifying the identity of complainants, confirming complaints, contacting for fact-finding investigations, and notifying the results of handling.
2. Personal Information Items Being Processed
The company is processing the following personal information items:
① Required items: Inquiry type, company name, name, email address, inquiry content
② Optional items: Contact
3. Methods of Collecting Personal Information
1) The company collects personal information when users agree to the collection of personal information and directly enter the information during the membership registration and service usage process.
2) Personal information of users may be collected through web pages, emails, faxes, and phone calls during the consultation process via C/S Center.
3) Personal information may be collected through the written forms at offline events and similar occasions.
4) Personal information may be provided from external companies or organizations affiliated with the company, and in such cases, the affiliation must obtain consent from the user to provide the personal information.
4. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
The company processes and retains the personal information within the period of retention agreed upon by the user at the time of collecting the personal information or as required by law.
The retention period for "Inquiry type, company name, name, email address, contact, inquiry content" is one year.
5. Destruction of Personal Information
The company destroys personal information when it becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose. The procedure and method of personal information destruction are as follows:
① Electronic file format: File deletion and storage media reset
② Written document format: Shredding and incineration destruction
6. Rights, Obligations, and Methods of Exercise of Users and Legal Representatives
Users may exercise any of the following rights related to personal information protection against the company at any time. (For children under 14 years of age, the legal guardian of the user or an authorized representative may exercise the rights through a proxy. In this case, the legal guardian holds all rights of the user.)

② Request for correction in case of errors, etc.
③ Request for deletion
④ Request for suspension of processing
7. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Personal Information Automatic Collection Devices
The company uses cookies to store information about users and retrieve it periodically in order to provide personalized and customized services to each user.

Analysis of access frequency or visit time, understanding user preferences and areas of interest, tracking user movements, determining participation levels and visit frequency for various events, and providing target marketing and personalized services
